We offer one-on-one Personal Spiritual Guidance and group sessions on Mindful Breathing, Family Guidance, and Grief Management tailored to diverse demographics and sectors. The
services are non-religious and apolitical. Led by Bodhi Shuddhaanandaa, with 40+ years in offering mindfulness, meditation, spiritual direction, stress management, and wellness
guidance, our approach combines ancient wisdom with modern
science. This is a rare opportunity to be one-on-one with a living
teacher.

About Bodhi
Bodhi Shuddhaanandaa Brahmachari (born 10 May 1949), lovingly called simply *Bodhi*, is a spiritual teacher and author. He founded the Lokenath Divine Life Mission, a non-profit organization that offers spiritual programs around the world and is involved in social outreach, education, health, micro-credit, women’s empowerment, and environmental initiatives.
He has over 40 years of mindfulness and meditation experience and travels internationally, addressing people of all cultures and beliefs in houses of worship, universities, and corporations. His Stress Management and Course in Mindfulness programs have evolved into his current virtual Oneness Program.
He has been honored with several awards, including:
Man of Peace Awa in Mexico, Honorary Citizenship of the City of Naperville, IL, USA, Lifetime Achievement Award at the House of Lords, London
